To keep players engaged and playing , i think they should introduce 4 /8 man content with 3 or 4 set of bosses that are chosen randomly every time you play the instance. Therefore keeping it fresh and exciting each time you run it.

Or maybe you could just play more instances
Nobody is forcing you to only farm dungeons people do it because they play the game for the loot rewards to wear trophies and show how far they got. OP wants more variety but refuses to play all the instances on offer. After so many runs seeing all the bosses it's all the same anyway. People want to finish farm dungeons as quick as possible they don't want it to be different once they find the optimum strat.
Two primals at the same time would be dope
Hell a dungeon with a infinite number of bosses that are never the same. Not a Game in history or history for the next 10 years could pull that off. Does sound great, would be a first. But like others have said, Almost all MMO's are grind gear, show it, Grind next gear, show it. Garden at you're house. Take nap.
It's all about learning a strat, knowing it, loving it, believing it. Echo, Grind gear --- so forth.
