Zone transitions and shortcut points
it has been annoying for a while (hello, Syrcus Tower and Lost City of Amdapor), but in light of just having done Fractal Continuum, I feel like this needs attention. it doesn't necessarily only applies to dungeons, but since it's an issue mostly in those, I'm putting it here.
Dear Team, please stop designing dungeons/raids/instances (and in general, zones) where the teleport points and shortcut drop-offs are nothing but a room with a few steps to a teleporter or some such mechanic that initiates another loading screen, right after one disappears.
I don't know why there is a need for this. I don't know why nobody notices how bad this is - or why nobody seems to feel like this is bad. But really, after a wipe, reviving in a room for the only purpose to run to a teleporter a few steps in front of us, then to arrive at another room with another teleporter to touch, to even have to run miles after that... Really. Just no.
Please eliminate the need for unnecessary loading screens. It's not cool.
