Private Housing Airships?

Is it a possibility to look at adding workshops/airships to private houses? I'm sure more than 50% of the housing in wards is owned privately by players and not by Free Companies and it would be nice to have an airship that we could deploy on voyages like the Free Companies get. If anything it'd be harder for a private house to get an airship because the one person would have to do all the work building the airship which would pretty much require all the crafting classes leveled up to turn in materials for the items.

Some thoughtful and valuable feedback/input is appreciated here. I'd rather keep this thread constructive.
