Game Crashes upon entry to world

Ever since i installed heavensward yesterday my game logins in and i click play and go thru character select and i even get into the world. At first i started to run a dungeon but now i log in take a few steps and then the game crashes with the windows error something has gone wrong with final fantasy 14 windows attempting to fix then it closes it out. i reinstalled game and expansion updated my video drivers. Note none of my other games that require higher system requirements have given me any issues. As of right now i am reinstalling the OS to see if that helps. I have all my games installed on a separate HDD. I just find it hard to believe that the day before i installed the expansion everything was fine and as soon as i installed that that my hardware is the culprit.
