Miqo'te facial hair, Heavensward Benchmark

In the FFXIV: Heavensward Benchmark character creation I found an option for facial hair for the male Miqo'te. I used my fantasia on my active FFXIV account (upgraded to Heavensward) assuming I could go back and modify my character and add facial hair, but I don't see that option anywhere.

Is this isolated to my account or did this feature not make it to the actual release of the game? If this is the case, are there any plans to add it soon?

Any other information that can be provided is appreciated!

Miqo'te face 1 and 2 (top left, top right. I assume the order is this for everyone) have facial hair while the other 2 doesn't. Faces have premade features that you can either turn on or off.
