Holy Cedar Wand crafted by ALC but counts as CRP turn-in at GC

Holy Cedar Wand is requested by the Twin Adders for daily delivery as a CRP turn-in, but is crafted by ALC. In addition, the class needed to repair the item is set as CRP despite the item being crafted by ALC (level 52 recipe)
