Shadows not rendered properly, far objects not showing.

Hello

I had this issue for days I don't know if it's from the last patch or windows update or gpu driver.

I've tested the game with new install in two different PC's with clean windows one of them with update and the other without windows updates, it's it may not be windows problem.

First PC tested on :-

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit without updates
i7 2600
gtx 550 ti
8gb ram

Second PC

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit all updates included
i7 4770
gtx 960
16gb ram



I'm having
1- the shadows low quality [unless i stand on the shadows and stay for 10 seconds it will slowly turn into high quality],
2- and far moving objects not showing until i get too close[a lot of popping issues]

Found a partial fix, doesn't fix the shadows quality 100% but makes them 50% better

on DX9 check "Use low-detail models on distant objects. (LOD)" as the following picture :-

if you uncheck it, it will go back to bad quality again as the following picture :-

now will go test it on DX11 but i doubt it will be fixed there

still even with this solution when you get close to the shadow you'll find it very bad quality and flickering much

I almost /throw my gpu yesterday and buy new one, until i tested the game in different PC

same options exist on DX11 and make shadows loading a bit better

it could be DirectX or .NET Framework issue, I have no idea but I can't play Heavensward like this
