Is there any way to gift CE upgrade to another player?

Title says it all. Maybe I'm missing something, but is there any way to gift the collector's edition digital upgrades to another account? Specifically looking to take advantage of the $30 bundle of both for my sister's birthday, but it only seems accessible via the Mog Station, and applicable to my own account.

I'd love a way to be able to do this.

No can only do it through the mogstation, give them a gift card for the amount of the upgrade?

Still, I bet folks would take advantage of this if implemented! The CE upgrade is the kind of thing I think a lot of people would appreciate as a gift but not buy for themselves.
