SMN - Ifrit or Garuda?

So since they changed Ifrit a lil I wonder which Pet is better now? Ifrit or Garuda?

Depends on the situation you are facing, i say both of them are good at the moment. Garuda didnt had any changes, now Ifrit uses Radiant shield on the entire party, Flaming Crush has a bigger range... So, try them and use the one you feel more comfortable with. Myself, i use ifrit more than 90% of the time.

Both are really good now, I use Ifrit in smaller groups in dungeons and in solo, as well as on bosses with little to no adds, Garuda's contagion is good for large groups and bosses with lots of adds or bosses that require lots of movement.

I personally use Garuda for normal trash pulls, and Ifrit for bosses and/or trash pulls comprised of a ton of really weak enemies, so that they suicide themselves on the shield.
