Unable to purchase Heavensward.

Hello everyone,
I just started playing with some friends of mine who were playing on Mateus (NA). We all live in Europe but they play on that server because they have friends who live overseas. Since Heavensward recently got released I've been trying to find a copy myself, but unable to find anything. People usually suggest me to purchase from the SE shop, however my problem is that I don't own a credit card or anything of the sort (it's not that big of a thing here). Is there any other way someone without a credit card or paypal account is able to get Heavensward?
