Worst site to purchase from!?

After expansion being out for a short time now I did some researching AND found over 90% of the people who pre ordered from Square Enix site still has not got there hard copys. I being one. Looking deeper into this and asking questions with others, a few of us EVEN bought the speed shipping and still not have got our copys. Location is not such a big deal we are not 3rd world or anything, but why treat us as such? Anyone else see issues like this? not only with the expansion but this site in general? Great work making the game but pleasing the people who pay for the game and not getting it in a sense reasonable time is something Square has to work on. Rant and research.
