LF skilled melee for 3.0 Alexander + Savage progression

hi!

our group on sargatanas is looking for a melee DPS to fill out the last spot in our 3.0 raid group. we're a hc, but friendly group that is looking to enjoy alex HM progression together while playing at a high level, not compromising either enjoyment or performance for the other as we do so. everyone has cleared t13 pre-echo and members of the group have had various savage clears/experience with t10-t13 sales pre echo, and we have had ravana ex on farm for a while as well.

our planned raid times currently are tentative, but we'll be looking to start at around 6:30 pm pdt for most days. our goal is to try to put in 21~ hours or so a week for the first weeks of alex HM progression, and then revert to a more steady 3-4 day schedule afterwards.

ideally we are looking for a MNK, but a NIN/DRG main that is heavily proficient in MNK as a sub job is welcome as well. candidates should have a thorough understanding of general game mechanics and their job's kit, where they are able to push out respectable dps and use their utility to its full extent at all times. intimacy with your jobs optimal rotations and openers should be a given.

particularly, we're looking for a player that's able to take criticism well and will learn/adapt quickly; not only to 3.0 job changes, but also in unfamiliar raid environments in response to mechanics and such. the ideal candidate will also be on top of their game when it comes to min-maxing in areas such as rotations specific to specific encounters, getting the most out of gear sets and stat weights, etc. voice communication+a microphone is a must, of course. transfers are welcome to apply~
