Quest text in different languages

Steps:
* Accepted An Engineering Enterprise
* NPC text bubble became empty
* Quest description appeared in French outside of the NPC quest text
* Upon reaching the cut scene, language switched back to English
* Interacted with Tataru to turn it in. Her quest text bubble and interactions were also empty
* Tataru now has a Turnin icon, yet there is no quest in the quest log, and she is not interactable
* This ONLY appears to happen with Steam client. Using a different client (PS3), the text is still in Japanese for the titles for some of the quests in my log, the text appears just fine.

Additionally, NPC speech outside of cutscenes for An Engineering Enterprise do not have any text. The option bubbles also do not actually show any text, though I was still able to complete the quest.

However, upon turning it in to Tataru:

She simply shows that there's a turnin (whcih I have already done, it even gave me the toast) but is no longer interactable.

This is on Windows 8 utilizing the Steam client. Language is set to English.

Edit to add: This may have to also do with An Indispensable Ally. It is very similar behavior to what happened with that bug, and I did experience that one on my Steam version as well.
