Can I restore my character Data such as macros and UI settings?

I am about to delete my ps4 digital download because my app has been crashing. I am looking to delete and re install. So my question is, would I be able to recover my character data such as macros and UI information? Is there a way to back it up on the ps4?

Not sure about PS4, but there's an option on the launcher for it on PC.

I know you can for pc, but Im not so sure with PS4. We dont have the same config option
