Account bound name reservations

I created a character on my account for my daughter, but once I realized that characters cannot be transferred between accounts, I've decided to create an account for her now, so she doesn't have to start over later. The problem is that she wants to keep the name of the character she created. How long will the name be tied to my account after the character is deleted, before I can use it on the new account? Anyone know?

Not long at all, usually within minutes it is reusable.
