I bought HS plus early access. I entered my codes, and began playing on day one of early access. This morning I get a prompt at the log in to register my HS code. If I choose the register later option, I get to the character log in and guess what? Locked out. It says to install a copy of HW.
When I go back and try to re enter my HS registration code, it tells me the code has already been registered. My mog station account says I have HS.
early access have ended today. You need now the code from the game box, not the ea code.
If you bought the PC digital version you should get the code with an email.
Yup, you needed to enter 2 codes to get full access to the game. There's a box that tells you you've registered for early access heavensward and lower there's another that shows you which versions you have. Collectors, PS4, Windows, etc. That needs to be marked off too. If you have the boxed version, codes in there somewhere. If you ordered digitally, should of come in an e-mail. In my case Greenmangaming sent me one when I paid initially and another the day before launch.
I ordered the digital version. All I got was an 18 digit code that I entered on the mog station/HS site that gave me a 20 digit code to receive the in-game items. From then until now I have not received any more codes. SE sent me a reminder about early access with the bonus code (which I already entered). Now, when I go back to HS site, it will not allow me to enter any codes. it says I have already purchased HS and redeemed the bonus code. So, even if I had another code somewhere, there is no where I can register it that I can find.
get on your square enix account and then click the purchases button from there where is shows heavensword go to the download column and click view that should get you the code you need to punch in it did for me at least.
Check if you really don't got another email from square in the last days. Also check spam filter.
i have also preordered the digital version from SE shop (eu), and got the email with the real game code at the 23rd
Ugh, thanks for the help. My wife had ordered our copies and neglected to tell me about that step when registering so I thought I had it done. I had to wake her up to get the code. hehe sweet revenge!
i have same issue but my orders at the store say "Pending" wtf this mean?
