Augmenting Gear

I loved the whole augmenting gear idea from XI, what if SE brought it back to XIV. Lets say that they have certain gear sets for low, mid, and high level/rank that can be augmented, some augment orbs can be rewards from chest found during guild leves, rewards from side quest or even rewards from behest,the orbs would be scaled according to level/rank of the quest or mission or leve. This is a rough idea, positive, constructive critisim only, your opinions and ideas are welcome. Thank you. :cool:
