Companion idea

I like the companion, system for the most part but the chocobo seems like it might not have been the best for it, I figured something like having a moogle companion would have been nicer, something that you could work to build gear for and feels more fun. This is just a thought and suggestion, I was just wondering if any others had thought about this too.

I would prefer a customizable human character, like retainers but as companions. But a Moogle is good too (it won't be the 1st time a Moogle is a companion in a FF game, and the Mooglesguard showed us that Moogles can be good with disciplines).
