Toll Booty quest spoilers?

So, I happened to decide to do the Doman Adventurer's Guild side quest when I noticed a line of dialogue that threw me for a loop. One of the children mentions that they were helping Mistress Ascilia gather herbs. Ascilia, of course, being Minfilia's old name. Does this count as confirmation that she's alive?

Could be a hint that Minfilia or F'lhamin (using her daughter's name as a disguise) is alive. For now we will just have to see if that is the case.

I'd much rather F'lhamin than Minfilia. It'd make more sense too.
