LV 50 dungeons

I'm new at tanking and I have a Warrior at LV 50 with i110 gears. While I'm busy leveling my other jobs, I'd like to practice tanking on LV 50 dungeons in the meantime. I'd like to know which are the easiest to hardest dungeons, so I can start practicing on easiest first, and to go down the list slowly.

Basically the order they are listed should be from easiest>hardest. But it also depends on what jobs are running them, too. Just skip over Castrum and Praetorium, those're 8-mans, the rest of the 50 dungeons there should be 4-mans
