Dungeon and connection drops.

I'm not sure where to put this... Nor am I sure what could be done about it. I am sure it's been brought up already, though, but since I just experienced it again...

First time doing the Library, great smooth run, one death, but we never wipe. Healer is very nice, explaining the boss mechanics before the tank engages them (tank also was new). We get to the end, defeat the last boss, and the treasure chest opens just as I click on a name to commend when BAM - 90002, back to the starting screen. Click start, and then the lobby server encounters an error, throwing me all the way back to the desktop. Obviously I'm logging back in immediately - but of course I'm facing 3102s, being "still logged into the game". This shows up about seven times before it progresses - to another popup which informs me about the world being full, meaning another 1+ minute of waiting.

When I finally get in, the healer has already left, taking with him what I'm informed was a caster robe (me playing SMN, friend the other DPS with me there) - and leaving my commendation, which apparently did not register before the connection broke.

Now, I have to add, I've had my whole internet connection perfectly stable all afternoon and all evening too, doing whatever else without an issue. Which is pretty much always the case, by the way - it's only this one game that constantly keeps having trouble staying online. An online MMO. Quite the paradox, if I wanna be honest, and something that really should be fixed. Because it's been an on-going phenomenon for at least a year now, maybe more. But ok, let's accept, for argument's sake, that it's beyond SE. Shouldn't something be done to at least prevent such things from happening?? Like I said in the beginning, I'm not sure what could be done exactly, but I reckon anything would be better than nothing. I gotta assume it'll be even more unacceptable in raids with weekly lockouts.
