Hempen for all

I really love some of the designs for both the hempen chest and hempen leggings and I adore some glamor combinations that races can use for them. However it's frustrating knowing that you have the absolutely perfect outfit to go with that piece of armor you bashed your head against an instance for but you aren't the right race to wear it. I absolutely adore my Au Ra but I do miss some of the glamors I had as a midlander and miqote.

I'd like the designs for hempen to not be racially locked, or all of them used elsewhere in different glamor items. Even if you had to buy them off the mog station I know many that would scramble at the chance to wear different race's hempen.
