Lv 60 Weaver Class Quest, is something wrong?

So I'm required to craft a Chivalric Doublet of Healing.

My question is... what the snap is that?! I don't see it in my recipe book at all!

I tried Chimerical Felt Alb of Healing, Chimerical Felt Robe of Healing, and Hallowed Ramie Doublet of Healing, none of them light up my quest requirement to green.

Am I reading something wrong from the quest requirement??
