I'm not capable of finding the second area in Coerthas Western Highlands. All I see at the place are mountains of ice there. I tried to climb it but to no avail. I tried to bypass them by following them and finding a way in. When I came back this way, the other side of the mountains, it was not going far enough so I cannot reach the area from there as well.
'm really lost so I'd be grateful for any help.

Are you talking about the quest to get your chocobo to fly? During the part where you have to visit the locations with your chocobo out?
I don't remember the exact location in CWH that you have to visit but I scouted around using the black chocobo since it can already fly.
Have you found all the aether current in CWH? It seems the hardest for people to find may be where you are stuck. There is a "secluded valley" area that you have to get to by running underneath the mountain. Follow the big river that runs east/west and passes by Riversmeet and Black Bridge. Keep running along the river west of Riversmeet and it will pass under the mountain. The area back there has a bunch of yeti. There are some low cliffs you can go up there with an aether current. There are a couple other quests that send you there also.
