Japan Time Zone Player Looking for Static

Looking for a static for 3.0 progression and on.

Main: Bard / Ninja / War.
All coils on farm before nerfs/echo.
Not very good as healer / mage.

Heavensward progress:
ilvl 183 Nin
ilvl 182 Bard
Rav Ex on Farm.
Working on War/Drk next, but if a static needs to fill a specific role, I'm willing to level up the job.

My preferred raid time would be any time within time slot: 3AM PST - 10AM PST. (8GMT - 17GMT)

Because of my strange play times, I usually have a hard time finding a static :(
