Hunts cannot support the amount of people that need them

Hey guys. So...you hear about a hunt and you head to in let's say, the dravanian hinterlands. You head there. You even manage to get into a group via the PF. System is working great.

The hunt was already pulled and dead within 10 seconds that it takes you to get there.

This system does not work and needs to be fixed. We need a realistic way to get seals because this early pull already dead stuff is out of hand. Is there another way to get the new seals?
