Almost DCing often

I am constantly almost DCing a lot. I will see the DC symbol by my name and everything will stop moving for a few seconds or upwards of 10 seconds and then the game will reconnect. Easily happens every 5 minutes or so. Only a few times did I get a 90k error. I figured this was due to the new expansion and so many players but it's still going steady.

I am on a wired connection to a router and I have tried going directly from modem but no change. Anyone else having similar issues or know where I can start looking to fix this?
