Unlocking Centurion seals- help!

They are blocked behind some quest and I have no idea which one.

Help? Please.

Level 53 in Foundation around the Forgotten Knight.

I just did literally every quest that was around there, what is the requirement to get the quest?

Edit: Nvm... got it... :X didn't have The Hunt unocked.

so what exactly did you do to unlock it?

You need second Lt in your faction, then do a quest there.

Pretty sure you unlock rank 1 right away. Should be at the board or the chick on the balcony as you walk into the forgotten knight.

I am, what quest?

Think the new hunts are sequel to the ARR hunts, you have to unlock the old hunts at your own faction first (ul'dah, limsa, gridania).
