Missing recipes (LTW + GSM)

A number of recipes seem to be missing for certain classes. The only ones I am sure of so far are:

-Serpentskin Armguards of Maiming (Leatherwork, required for lvl 58 Leve "Starting off on the Wrong Foot)
-Star Sapphire Music Box and Star Ruby Music Box (required for the 60 GSM Class Quest)

I've obtained the Master Goldsmith III Book and thought the music boxes might show up there. Also, I'm fairly certain that upon using the book it told me I learned 28 recipes but could only find 21 new ones (but I'm unsure of this). I'll continue to keep an eye out for missing recipes.
