Flaw in Machinists

Using Guss Barrel the description says adds 20 % to damage adding in Hot Shot should bump this to 25% . Adding in Blood for Blood should bump this to 35% adding Raging Strikes should bump it to 55% until each Buff is spent . Using striking dummy it only shows with Hot shot and Gauss Barrle a 9 to 12 % increase . Example Striking dummy takes 434 damage (+12%) Should this say Striking dummy takes ???? Damage (+25%) with just the 2 buffs on ( hot shot and Gauss Barrle)? And even more with Blood 4 Blood and Raging ? Not even adding in the +15 DEX from Hawkeye......

Sent this in for bug report . Just found it interesting.
