WHM and SMN looking for serious static!

Greetings!

Me and my buddy are searching for a static. I'm a ilvl 180 Summoner and my buddy is an ilvl 176 White Mage (working on getting 180 ilvl) We've both killed Bismarck Extreme and Ravana Extreme over 10 times and we both have the Hive weapons. (3rd FC on server to kill Ravana EX).

As the Title says, we want a serious static who aim to take down the Alexander normals before Echo and preferably make some progress on Savage. We prefer raid times between 19-24 or something similar (not too picky but around those times would be nice). We can raid most days and we think 2-3 days a week sounds about right.
