What World to go to for new players

Me and my friend bought the full version of the game after trying the trial and he started a new character on behemoth and i tried to join it and its restricted now, the only option now is ultros. Should i wait for the other worlds to lift their restriction or join ultros

check it every 6 hours, or start on another server and pay 18 bucks to transfer.

Or you could both try to get on at the same time on another server that's available, if your both new this shouldn't be much of an inconvenience.
