I'm having difficulty finding how to do these. Is there a questline I do for this or is it not out yet? I've seen videos of Ravana EX, and I want Bismarck EX as well...along with the other dungeons that drop stuff to enhance your Law Gear.

I'm having difficulty finding how to do these. Is there a questline I do for this or is it not out yet? I've seen videos of Ravana EX, and I want Bismarck EX as well...along with the other dungeons that drop stuff to enhance your Law Gear.
The EX primal (starting with Bismarck) questline starts right outside Fortemps manor. Just look for the level 60 quest.
One of the expert dungeons unlocks with the chief of the Vanu, the other one is unlocked at the airship landing in Ishgard.
Intentionally vague to avoid potential spoilarz.
