Inconsistent Materia Yields From Converting i133+ Gear

Steps:
1. Spiritbond any of the new high item level gear, like i133/i139/i145 gear rewarded by new story/side quests
2. Convert these equips to materia
3. Yields Tier 2, 3, and 4 materia.
4. No mention of changes to spiritbonding rules in patch notes. High item level gear should not be yielding tier 2 materia, likely not even tier 3.

Tier 5 already exists. I've seen them on MB.

Battle ones, yes. Crafting/gathering no. Mutamix is usually involved. Haven't seen any new gear convert to tier 5 yet.
