Housing Free Company

Since 3.0 even more features got added for housing.
Alot of people are disappointed by this

My fc been waiting for ages already for a spot to open up and we all have been working our very best to finally be able to buy a house since the start of the game.
the whole fc has to be disappointed cause of a lack of housing

The 2nd ISSUE here is that people are starting to use the housing as a part of money income. I have seen more then 1 who are announcing or using party finder etc to sell their houses

When housing was released there was only fc housing the housing wards didn't increase at all or barely and still you made private housing available in the very same housing areas

There are like 25 houses each ward.
7wards will make this a total of 175 houses. wich is problably not even enough for the Free companies alone.

So In short.
New wards. and seperate areas for FC AND PRIVATE Houses. to make everyone happy.
And not let the housing become a rich people selling market.

did you even try and search about this topic before posting this? i mean i can see this is ur first post but forums in general all work the same way.

Oh and buy the way i worked my butt off to get enough gil to buy my own house. even stayed up till 4am when subdivisions were released to get my place. There are actual people here who worked hard to get what they have... so it is completely ok for them to decided to sell and let someone else enjoy a house (a house in this game is like a house in real life due to the fact that it is an investment) It's not the players fault that SE does not have a good system for flipping houses.
