Heavensward Early Access conflicting with PSN Store?

So I've been playing the Heavensward EA since the 19th, haven't encountered a single problem, until now that is. A few days ago I was able to go on the EU PSN Store and purchase said copy of Heavensward, however, I lacked the funds so I did not do it. The problem arose this morning as I proceeded to actually go purchase the Digital Collector's Edition on PSN store however, as I noticed, it says unavailable. Now, I did go check both on the website and it said it was unavailable there too until I logged out and on my other PSN account it is still active there for purchase. However my original FFXIV account cannot purchase it. As I said, this problem only arose today on the 25th of June and I have no idea as to why.

I didn't exactly know who to turn to with this problem, I did try to Google it, but I'm only getting the "Digital Pre-Orders are now available!" or the "Pre-orders still not available in Europe." searches, which doesn't help me at all.
