Astrologian ability bugs.

In-game time: Multiple times during play.

Steps:
1. Celestial Opposition will change the timers for food to 30~ seconds, or make it disappear completely.
2. Time Dilation cannot be casted on the myself character.
3. Synastry skill cannot be a extended by Time Dilation because buff are casted on my character and my target making confusable situation who have 50% heal buff.
4. Synastry cannot be casted on myself.
5. When using Benefic II right after Benefic I when the trait for Enhanced Benefic II becomes active from said Benefic I, Benefic II will still have a cast time, and Enhanced Benefic II will be consumed.
6. Lightspeed don't work with Ascend
7. the Spear Card don't work on skills when they already are on cooldown.
