Action Delay Dark Knight

Party or solo: solo (tried in duties and it happens there too)

Whenever I eat any sort of food buff during combat to refresh well fed, i find myself having to wait a few extra seconds after the GCD ends. For example: I use Boiled Eggs, GCD occurs for its intended amount of time. GCD ends > attempt to use action. Action isnt ready yet. Wait two-three seconds afterword and scoot left or right > use action again = success. This odd bug doesn't seem like a lag problem as I never actually 'lag' when it occurs and this is the only time whenever i find myself not being able to use my abilities even though they're not on cooldown. Has anyone else had this problem?
