(3.0) Presence of Mind Tooltip Unclear

As of 3.0, the tooltip of Presence of Mind states the following:

Increases spell speed by 20%.

However, upon activation it does not raise the stat, or affect damage/healing over time spells, but it DOES lower the cast and recast times of spells. Should it not, therefore, say the below?

Reduces cast and recast time of spells by 20%.

Better late than never! I believe the fix for this has already gone live, but if it hasn't, you should see it in 3.05. Thanks!

Presence of Mind directly affects the cast and recast time of spells, not the actual stat "Spell Speed" and as such it won't affect the potency of HoT or DoT spells. It's not a bug.
