I wouldn't mind more NPC children to add diversity in towns and settlements but I don't think we need children fighting the forces of darkness or going though the Eternal Bond ceremony, thank you. :B

However, if they wanted to add more facial features to make more youthful looking players (without making the children) then I'm all for it.
