New-to-duty player (Duty finder match system)

Hey everyone,

Does it bother you when players expect you to know a duty without having first done it - especially when you want to learn without watching a YouTube video or by listening to others' methods just before the big fights begin? Even a day after content release?

My idea is to have an option (meaning optional) to only be matched with others that have never run the duty before (like the option to enter a duty midway).

This would allow people running a duty for the first time to play with others (cross-server) that have no experience in it. Thus they can all learn entirely for themselves. People that have even attempted the duty once will be barred from this option.

There can also be options to make learning parties for practice without judgement from unruly players. There would not be an option to only play with those who have already completed the duty once before.
