Ravana's circle of fire attack effect remained on screen even after attack was done

Steps:
Ravana produced his prelude to slaughter attack, proceeded to complete "slaughter" and then did the ring of fire thing that follows. The ring of fire effect stayed on my screen even after the attack was finished.

The effect was still on my screen even after the party wiped and and returned to the start point.

Update: I left the instance because my party was having a hard time with the fight and when I went back into the arena, the circle of fire effect was still there. It even appeared in my CS.

I went in a third time to help out a friend. Still there. My husband went in with us and he ended up having the criss-cross fire effect get stuck on his screen.
