PONZE OF FLESH - RELIC QUEST BROKEN

I talked to a GM before and he said all the actions stay recorded on the character. So because of that i came ask for help. I was doing the relic quest to get my last relic, and something really weird happened. After i finish the relic quest "Ponze of Flesh", i didnt received the last item i need. Its a long quest and really stressfull to be honest, and so i come to your aid, because if the actions stay recorded, you guys can see that already did all the objectives, but the quest disapeared from my jornal, its not on the completed ones either... When I finish the quest sundenly broke... Now im even afraid to do it again, because that quest takes a lot of time to something like that happen, so please help me.
Other thing i want to report is that im trying to get a suport for 6 DAYS, because everytime I tryed to login into my account was saying that "couldnt because I was a trial user", AFTER 2 years I m A TRIAL USER? So I sent an e-mail to an old report I made on lodestone, the GM said I should post on the foruns or submit a ticket, DO they even read? IM TRYING TO SUBMIT TICKETS FOR 5 DAYS BUT I COULDNT LOGIN! I GET NO ASWER AT ALL. All i get is a copy and paste e-mail everytime!
