Details: Lustrate is read to have a base potency of 600. But unlike other healing spells in the game, it cannot be modified or enhanced by player or party buffs. (Fey illumination, Mantra, Convalescence). At 884 Mind, Lustrate heals for 4121 flat. If I were to use any buff that increases healing magic potency, it does not effect lustrate.
