Didn't receive "Silver Chocobo Feathers" even though I'm eligible

According to THIS I'm eligible for the Silver Chocobo Feathers.
In spite of that, I receive none on any of my characters.

I received the Collector's Edition and Pre-order items just fine, so I don't know what's going wrong.
Tried to contact GMs in game but they told me there was nothing they could check/do/see and that I was supposed to come here to receive help.

They have, people in my FC have been receiving them.

Probably the same situation with the other bonus items out there. make sure you dont have a crap load of mail in your box, even old mail. And then tell it to check for premium items.

I didnt even get my /fistbumb.

Yeah I read about that, but sadly not my situation. I only have like, what, 12 mails in my mailbox.
I received everything else, just not the feathers =/

Yeah I didnt get nything yet either :/ I have my 2 seater, but none of the newer things...I was mostly looking forward to /fistbump

Doesn't /fistbump come from the "Recruit a friend" campaign instead of the "Return to Eorzea" one?

I have done the recruit a friend but I don't have the feathers or fist bump emote.
