Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Is there a way for me to play two of my characters at the same time?

I own two copies of the game (One for PC and one for PS4).
Me and my brother both have characters on the same account though and we were wanting to play them at the same time.

Is there a way of me doing this that anyone is aware of?

I've sent a ticket in and was told it's not possible, but find it hard to believe that such a problem has never occurred without resolve before?

It feels like something that should have a fairly easy fix in my opinion.

Only thing you can do is buy another copy of the game and use it to create a seperate account. This is assuming that the two copies you already have are linked to the same account. You'll also have to pay a seperate subscription for the new account, and you'll have to start over with a new character on it since I don't believe SE support would be willing to transfer an existing character between accounts.

Sorry, but no. You can only login with ONE character per service account at a time (regardless of whether you use PC or PS4 etc).

The only way you could both play at the same time would be to have two different service accounts (so you would then need at least two copies of the game and you'd also have two monthly subscriptions) and you would need each character to be on a different service account.

Sadly you can't move characters from one service account to another so even if you were happy buying another copy of the game for a new service account as well as paying a 2nd subscription, one of you would have to start over with a new character.

Thanks for the feedback. That's really, really annoying... I honestly wouldn't mind paying for a feature like this.
I still feel like someone should be able to help me though? After all the money I've spent it seems unjust to be just told 'No, deal with your issue'.
