PS4 Heavensward License Issue

I pre-ordered Heavensward via EB Games up here in Canada and put in the pre-order code into http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com, which then gave me a PSN code to download HW.

I've been playing with no issues, received my pre-order items yesterday but when I go to the Mog Station, there is no "O" saying I have the license for HW, is there something I missed?

I was hoping to upgrade to the Digital Collector's Edition (when it's available, is it already?) but I find this may prove to be an issue if it stays as is.
