Is there a website or way in game to preview all the gear in game without stumbling through the market board for something?
I would love to make a fantasic looking set at 60 but I don't know what sort of options there are, where to get said gear, or if it even exists etc.

Just narrow down your options on the left side there. But that won't show you what everything looks like together, or how it will look on your character. It will just give you the item and how to obtain it.
