Steps:
1) Receive the letter from Kuplo Kopp requesting you to visit the moogle in Moghome (Only one letter he sends to you, it's after you finish the library dungeon in main story mode and before riding the airship to Azys Lla) This letter comes during the main storymode.
2) Start the dialogue with the House Fortemps Guard when he gives you the letter from Kuplo Kopp.
3) Kuplo Kopp's chatline is wrongly said by House Fortemps Guard, it also showed up on the chat bubble that appeared on screen when it should say Kuplo Kopp said those words, not the House Fortemps Guard, of this I don't unfortunately have a screenshot, but it showed it wrong on the chatbox as well when I checked)
