Enhanced Benefic not working properly

Class/Level: Astrologian 50 (Astrologian lvl 36+ is required for this bug)

Steps:
1. Be a lvl 38+ astrologian for the "enhanced Benefic" trait
2. Cast "Benefic"
3. After the casting has completed but BEFORE the animation ends, press the hot-key to cast "Benefic II"
4. IF you got the "Enhanced Benefic II" buff (which cuts Benefic II cast-time to 0) it will have no effect but still get removed when "Benefic II" finishes casting.

Added note: if you wait a split-second longer to cast Benefic II it works perfectly.
